This website is run by EXICASH SDN BHD (202601015752 (1677849-M)), 16-19, Menara Mutiara Sentral, No. 2, Jalan Desa Aman 1, Cheras Business Centre, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means us.
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
Mostly just what you give us:
- your name, email, phone number and company;
- whatever you write to us in an email, form or project brief;
- the details we need to quote, invoice and deliver your project; and
- basic technical data from our hosting, such as your browser, device and IP address.
Please don’t send us sensitive information, such as health or ID details, unless we’ve asked for it.
How we use it
- to reply to you and prepare a quote;
- to deliver and support your project;
- to send invoices and keep business records;
- to keep this website secure and working;
- to send you updates, but only if you asked for them; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or as long as the law says we must, for example for accounting records. We protect it with sensible security, though no online system is completely safe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, stop using it for marketing, or delete anything we no longer need. Just email us. We may need to check it’s really you first.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
